• The Mission Gift Box will begin shipping between December 12th and December 18th, 2024. We strive to deliver your products as promptly as possible to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Returns Policy:

• You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us at Info@JGwellness.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide clear and quick instructions for returning items from your order.

Items Eligible for Return:

• Must be in new, unworn condition with tags still attached.
• Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
• Gummies, tinctures, and topicals must be unopened and in their original seal.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items:

• If you receive defective, incorrect, or damaged items, please email us at Info@JGWELLNESS.COM. Include your order number, the name of the item, and a photo of the damage (if applicable). We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Merch Exchanges:

• Exchanges are available for clothing sizes only.
• Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery and are subject to a $3.50 shipping fee.

Refunds:

• Items returned will be subject to a $5 restocking fee.
• Refunds will be processed within four weeks, which includes:
  • 5–10 business days for transit time to receive your return.
  • 3–5 business days for processing your return once received.
  • 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund request.

Non-Delivered Items:
