You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us at Info@JGWELLNESS.COM with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide quick instructions for returning items from your order.

Items eligible for return must meet the following conditions:

• Must be in new, unworn condition with tags still attached.
• Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
• Gummies, tinctures, and topicals must be unopened and in their original seal.

For defective, incorrect, or damaged items, please email us at Info@JGWELLNESS.COM including your order number, the name of the item, and a photo of the damage, if applicable. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Merch Exchanges:

• We offer exchanges for a different size only.
• Exchanges are subject to a $3.50 shipping fee and must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refunds:

• Items returned will be subject to a $5 restocking fee.
• You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Non-Delivered Items:

• If you did not receive your shipment, please request a replacement or refund within 30 days from the ship date of your order. Items returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded and returned to inventory.

Shipping:

• We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, some products are restricted in certain states, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
